IPPA Committees
The Iowa Pork Producers Association has 11 different committees on which members can serve. IPPA recognizes that the future of Iowa’s pork industry depends on strong leadership from producers who are willing to step up and lead their organization. These committees provide program direction to the IPPA board of directors and staff.

Each committee meets in person in Des Moines or via conference call three to four times a year. When an in-person meeting is held, mileage will be reimbursed.
Apply for a committee
Committees start their work each year on Oct. 1. Applications for committee membership begins in November, and submissions are accepted through mid-February.
