Sausage Stuffing Ingredients ½ c salted butter 1 c diced apple 1 c diced celery 1 c diced onion 1 lb ground pork sausage 8 c bread cubes 1 egg 2 ½ c chicken broth ¼ c fresh parsley 1 tsp ground sage 1 tsp thyme leaves 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt Preheat oven to 350 F. In a skillet, melt butter on medium-high heat. Add apples, celery, and onion. Sauté until tender, about 6 minutes. Remove to a bowl. In the same pan, add the sausage and brown until done. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13” baking dish. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes. Top with additional fresh parsley, if desired. Back
