NOTE: Attendance is limited, so we will accept schools on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each school can bring one adviser and up to five students. Because of limited space, we will only accept students who have NOT previously attended a Pig to Plate event. Once this adviser registration form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and the student registration form. Iowa Pork will cover the costs of this event.
